Semsar App , The first unique interactive Real Estate Application in Kuwait, which allow the user to send "Property Requests" and receive "Property Offers" from the Agents via the Application.


Application features:

1. Users can easily send "Property Request" (Rent/Buy) to the Agents network.
2. Receive all "Property Offers" from the Agents instantly with detailed information, photos and location on the map for each property sent.
3. Unique "Live Chat" with the agents and other users via the App.
4. Users can favorite(save) any "published property" or any received "Property offer" from the agents, to get back to it anytime.
5. Registered users can add and publish properties with its detailed information along with photos and location on the map.
6. List of top rated agents and real estate companies that are registered in the App, and checking on their published list of properties with the ability of calling/chatting with them.
7. Advanced search for any desired Real Estate property.
8. Push notifications for "Messages" and "Property offers" that are received from Agents.
